Here at Captain Shirty – The T-Shirt Legend we want you to be totally satisfied with the products you have purchased.
Please note we do not refund or exchange based on a change of taste. We will however exchange or issue a credit note if you require another size.
If the wrong size has been purchased we will happily exchange providing the following conditions are met:-
- Goods must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/stickers attached.
- The item, with your details be returned within 7 days of your online purchase.
- Items must not be worn or damaged.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Goods returned for size exchange will be at the expense of the customer. The returned package must be accompanied by a self addressed already prepaid satchel to the following address.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
If the self addressed prepaid satchel is not included we will hold your order until arrangements by you are made.
Please allow 2-3 business days after receipt of your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
